Salmon Croquettes

Hi! today I'm going to show you how to do salmon croquettes!

Ingredients:

Salmon
Semi-skimmed milk
Salt
Black Pepper
Nutmeg

First you have to infuse the salmon in the milk.



Make a light bechamel sauce and add little pieces of salmon




Then, let it cool in the fridge and finally  wrap with egg and bread crums and do little balls
Finally you have your yummy plate of salmon croquettes
And know enjoy it!

Sushi



Today I'm going to show you how to do sushi my mum does sushi and I love it! 
There are lots of types of 
sushi my mum does all of them but the one that my sister and me like
 It's called Nigiri sushi and California rolls. You can put what ever you like inside the sushi like omelet (Tamago Yaki),fish,salmon and avocado.
Then she puts rice and to hold it she puts nori seaweed .


Firstly, she puts the rice in a rice cooker.



Then she puts the rice in  the nori seaweed and then the ingredients that she wants. And finally, with a sushi rolling mat she rolls it and she has a large piece of sushi. 
To finally finish it she cuts the large piece of sushi into tiny pieces!  


Here she included salmon and lettuce



And know to enjoy it!!
Hum.... it was yummy!

CHIKEN AND VEGETABLES FAJITAS



ingredients vegetables

red pepper

onion,chiken


mush rooms

pumpkin








carrrot and you fry it in the wok because its more fast


olive, soy,insted of salt

tunna canneloni with a healthy bechamel

Ingredients: 2 tunna tins, 1 boiled egg, 1 tin of tomato sauce Hida ( we use hida because it's natural tomato and it has olive oil)

My mum does the bechamel with a lot of zucchini a little bit of cheese and skim milk.







Firstly you get a grater and you grate the hard boiled egg. Then you get a bol and you mix the tunna the boiled egg and the tomato sauce.







After that you put your mixing that you did in some cannelloni.




You get  a dish and you put a little bit of bechamel in the dish.








Then you put the cannelloni carefully in the dish. And the bechamel on top of the cannelloni. (remember putting a little bit of bechamel first !)




Then put it in the oven at 190 degrees leave it for 20 minutes or 30 minutes



Then it will look perfect!

Green beans (very easy recipe)



Green beans are realy healthy.You need to eat lots of green beans.Thanks mum¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
When i was litle i din 't like them but now i know that they keep my body helthy.


We share you how to do it.


Put green beans, carrots,potatos but no so much, onion, and a big red tomato. Put all those ingredients in a presure cooker. With olive oil.  And count 8 min since its starts beeping.
The trick for the green beans to be so good is not to put water.
