tunna canneloni with a healthy bechamel

Ingredients: 2 tunna tins, 1 boiled egg, 1 tin of tomato sauce Hida ( we use hida because it's natural tomato and it has olive oil)

My mum does the bechamel with a lot of zucchini a little bit of cheese and skim milk.







Firstly you get a grater and you grate the hard boiled egg. Then you get a bol and you mix the tunna the boiled egg and the tomato sauce.







After that you put your mixing that you did in some cannelloni.




You get  a dish and you put a little bit of bechamel in the dish.








Then you put the cannelloni carefully in the dish. And the bechamel on top of the cannelloni. (remember putting a little bit of bechamel first !)




Then put it in the oven at 190 degrees leave it for 20 minutes or 30 minutes



Then it will look perfect!
